Our store policies are pretty simple like us. I don't mean we're stupid, I just mean we don't like small print.
Our Products are manufactured, tested, quality controlled and packaged by our 15 person staff. We aren't perfect, but we don't make many mistakes either. However if you receive an item from us and there is a problem due to missing parts, damaged goods or other issues outside of our control we will replace the part, the item or your money at your request. A few things apply. First off you must make a simple request to us either by phone, email or snail mail. If a part needs to be replaced, you will have to send the original part back to us. If we made the mistake, we will pay the shipping. If the mistake was on your end, then of course you are responsible for the shipping. If you aren't happy I guarantee we are not, so if there is a problem, ask. We'll take care of you.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made to us at either Paypal, Google Checkout, Money order or Check. All money orders and checks must be in US dollars. If you pay by money order or check, it will take approximately 2 weeks before your order is shipped out. If you pay with Paypal or Google Checkout, we will ship your items within 48 hours except on weekends and public holidays.
SHIPPING
We ship all items through the Hong Kong Postal System unless your request otherwise. If you would like us to use UPS, Fedex or DHL we will, but you'll have to give us your details in order for us to give you an accurate shipping quote. Shipping through Hong Kong Post will be regular airmail parcel and takes about 7-14 to the USA, Canada and South America. Shipping to Australia, Europe and Asia takes about 7-10 days. Everywhere else can take up to 30 days depending on your countries customs policies. We will always provide you with a tracking number sent to your registered payment email.
